Request help for a family, where a parent is struggling to cope following a relationship breakdown, has become isolated and is no longer accessing relevant support (one intervention)
- Child A is not getting on with other children and is having problems relating to his/her peers (one intervention)
- Child B’s work in school is deteriorating and it is known that his/her parent is regularly drinking too much and is making their child very vulnerable (one intervention)
- Child C has dropped out of school and is not listening or talking to anyone and parents are in despair (one intervention)
Extra interventions: If a school wishes or needs more than the agreed number of interventions per year, there will be an extra spot purchase price per intervention.
Nurturing Programme: a ten-week programme for parents with primary school children.
Adapted Nurturing Programme: for parents with children with ADHD or other additional needs for whom this approach is more appropriate.
Tripe P (Positive Parenting Programme): suitable for those with teenagers.
Counselling for adults: based at our Beechwood Office or Community Hub do not incur any additional fee but do require the commitment of the client.
The Community Hub also offers a drop-in service for advice and guidance and health-related courses which are accessible to all.
